In this workshop we will perform analyses using the command line and the R statistical package. You should be familiar with these through the other courses run by the Biomedical Hub.
Commands that will be used on the command line appear as:
cd new_directory/
These commands can be typed (or copy and pasted) into your terminal window. Pressing return will execute the command.
Double click on ‘Terminal’ to open the command prompt like this.
Once the terminal has opened you’re ready to start your analysis.
